The Workshops and The National Photographic Society!
We at The Newborn Workshops are excited to announce that we have been in talks today with Rod Pascoe. Rod is the Chariman of The National Photographic Society and we will be embarking on an exciting new collaboration with them.
The National Photographic Society is one of the fastest growing photography associations in the world. With hundreds of benefits to those who join them it is fast becoming THE place for people wanting the rare quality of a non-profit organisation, that also has the very best interests of the Photographers themselves at heart.
Benefits include, but are not limited to, gaining a recognised qualification, discounts for many big name companies and training events, free listing of your business on their website with a gallery and blog, free entry to competitions, use of logos, cloud storage for your pictures and an arbitration service. Find out more and for a full list of the many fantastic benefits look here: http://www.thenps.com
Newborn safety has, and will always be, paramount to us at The Newborn Workshops. For us to be working alongside an organisation that wants to bring a huge emphasis to safe practices in the art of newborn photography is fantastic. We are absolutely delighted to be on board and looking forward to this venture and challenge. Striving to promote professionalism within our field, with safety at the very forefront has always been our aim. Imparting our knowledge and experience to help ensure that others can trade with the same confidence as ourselves. We've been saying a long time that newborn photography needs to be safeguarded against the average person on the street simply picking up a camera and suddenly deciding they are qualified to safely pose newborns; the NPS is also passionate about working towards putting these safeguards in place
We will be the main newborn trainers and point of contact for all members and will be offering a discount off our workshop prices to members too, making our jam packed and informative workshops even more value for money for people who join the NPS. So go and check them out and start reaping the many benefits as soon as possible, you won't be disappointed. We are absolutely thrilled to be becoming involved with Rod and his team.
